CCCS-IT planned production outage Sunday, May 16th from 5 - 9:30 a.m.

CCCS-IT Banner upgrades are scheduled for Sunday, May 16th from 5:00 - 9:30 a.m. During this time, Banner 9 Admin Pages, Banner Self-Service (SSB), Workflow, JobSub, Banner Document Management (BDM), EAB Navigate registration, mobile apps and Automic will not be available.

Examples of impacted functionality include the following:

  • For Students: email, registration, add/drop classes, view bill, view holds, view grades
  • For Faculty: submit grades, view class rosters
  • For Staff: Banner Admin Pages access, time sheets and leave processing, access to Cognos reports
