CCCS-IT planned production outage Sunday, April 25th from 6-9 a.m.

CCCS-IT will be applying an upgrade to the portal on Sunday, April 25 between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The portal will not be available during this time. However, the portal outage page will be available, with links to applications and resources.

In addition, security upgrades to server hardware at our offsite location will be occurring on Sunday, April 25 between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Within this window of time, access to all Banner-related applications (Admin Pages, Self-Service, JobSub, Workflow, Automic, Degree Works, BDM, etc.) and the ODS will be impacted. EAB Navigate and Ellucian Mobile registration, as well as Cognos reports, will also be impacted. We strongly advise that users avoid making any Banner-related updates or submitting any jobs during this window of time.

Please note that student email and D2L access will not be impacted by this work. CRM Recruit applications will be held in a queue and pushed to Banner once this work has been completed.
